As reports that former Microsoft CEO Steve Ballmer will probably buy the Los Angeles Clippers for a reported $2-billion make their way across the internet, the inevitable discussion of whether or not the Clippers are Seattle-bound is only just beginning. And, with good reason: Ballmer is from Seattle and Seattle still doesn’t have an NBA team after getting its Sonics stolen back in 2008.
