Lance Stephenson was one of the NBA’s most entertaining performers during the playoffs and it is only fitting that he was singled out by ESPN’s SportsNation as worthy of a farewell tribute.
But this wasn’t just any tribute. No, a personality as majestic as Lance Stephenson deserves the best so SportsNation made sure to grab the immortal Boyz II Men to sing “End of the Road” in honor of Lance’s fantastically enjoyable playoff run.

Unfortunately, Boyz II Men didn’t change the lyrics to adequately describe the sheer performance art that Stephenson displayed over the past month but Lance’s play during the 2014 playoffs deserved a special moment and there are few grander sendoff songs than “End of the Road”.
Now, someone needs to create a mash-up of Stephenson and LeBron’s tender ear-blowing moment set to this song already.
It seems so right.
