Jose Canseco Deletes Tweet Saying He Was Accused Of Rape

I am going to take this with a grain of salt, because Jose Canseco has been known to be a bit unstable recently. However, the fact that Jose would Tweet the below, and then delete it is very odd. I don’t have any back story, but I am sure it will surface shortly.  On a side note, Jose needs to work on his spelling and grammar.  After Jose deleted the below Tweet he continued to rant about the woman.
