Getting beaned is just one of the occupational hazards of being a professional baseball player, and Cleveland Indians second baseman Jason Kipnis recently had to deal with his first HBP of 2014.
Kipnis got drilled by a Jeremy Guthrie pitch on Wednesday and – judging from the looks of the aftermath he shared on Twitter – it must have hurt like a sunnuvabitch.
