At 42 years of age, Jason Giambi surpassed Hank Aaron as the oldest player to hit a walk-off home run last night. Giambi was called in to pinch hit in the bottom of the ninth against the White Sox and won it for the Tribe 3-2.
Giambi has seven home runs in 124 at-bats this season.
