Zack Hample has dedicated his life to catching foul balls and home runs in major league stadiums. Claiming to have caught over 8,000 balls combined, he wrote a book 1999 titled titled “How to Snag Major League Baseballs: More Than 100 Tested Tips That Really Work.” This may come as a surprise, but no one likes this man, and he just caught Alex Rodriguez’s 3,000th hit, proving there is no God.
Here’s A-Rod’s 3,000th hit/ball. Told the @Yankees I’m keeping it. Got it authenticated by @MLB. This is un-REAL. pic.twitter.com/qEo2qX9Iru

This is the guy who caught A-Rod’s Home Run/3,000th hit. This could get interesting. pic.twitter.com/Nu7TFBFWsi — Baseball Quotes (@BaseballQuotes1) June 19, 2015
On the bright side, at least Hample isn’t an A-Rod fan. It doesn’t seem like he’ll be giving the ball back to him anytime soon — not without coughing up a bit of money.
