The legendary Yogi Berra turns 90 years old today.
The baseball icon is expected to show up at the Yogi Berra Museum & Learning Center to cut the ceremonial ribbon and tour the grounds which will include a host of Berra memorabilia, according to Jessica Mazzola of NJ.com.
He’ll also be the first to look at several new exhibits, including a complete set of Yankee championship rings (including 10 won by Berra, himself), his three Most Valuable Player awards, and more, the museum said.
While that is certainly an awesome way for Yogi to celebrate his 90th birthday, for us, there’s no better way to honor the all-time great Yankees catcher than with the Yogisms that Berra has graciously shared with the world over the course of his life in the spotlight.
