You may remember the above photo from when it surfaced and started going viral online earlier this summer. It was actually snapped during a Fanfest event before the 2009 All-Star Game in St. Louis, and now it’s being used as evidence in the case of Alex Rodriguez vs. Commissioner Bud Selig.
A-Rod has made some amendments to his lawsuit against Selig regarding Rodriguez’s 211-game suspension for his alleged involvement in the Biogenesis scandal, and one involves the inclusion of this picture – evidence that Selig hates the Yankees third baseman, according to the Yankees third baseman.
Not sure how well that’s going to work out for him, but good luck. He’s clearly reaching for any help he can get at this point.
