Being a kid is fun.
Sure, you can’t do things drink, stay up late, drive a car, drink more, buy war bonds, and other stuff. As a kid, however, there are no responsibilities, only candy and magic. You know nothing and have few experiences, which is great, because everything you learn seems so shiny and new. No one knows this better, though, than adults. Hindsight and all that.
That’s why it’s so funny that #ExplainTwitterToA4YearOld has trended, as the minions of the social network have attempted to explain Twitter itself to those innocent bundles of joy. The hashtag has brought out quite the mix of reactions, ranging from thoughtful insight to informing children the importance of cats. Check below to see some of our favorites, and head to Twitter yourself find others you might enjoy.
