Cleaning up dog crap blows but most people do it, especially in affluent towns, and especially if you are the mayor of said town.
Dennis Kneier, mayor of San Marino, California, was caught on a surveillance camera two weeks ago flinging a bag of dog poop into someone’s yard.
“In a moment of stupidity, I guess I was tired carrying it, I disposed of it on his walkway. It was a mistake,” Kneier told CBS.
The incident was reported and the mayor received a $1,000 fine before resigning days later after a heated city council meeting.
