Thanks to Mocksession’s Timothy Burke and Matt Norlander we are able to see a 18 year old Jay Bilas. Recently Jay has revealed his knowledge of Lil Wayne and has jumped up the cool ladder about 15 notches because of it. Enjoy a younger Jay, it starts at the 4:05 point in the video.
