The gang is back together and everyone seems pumped for this one. It will presumably be filled with inventive walker deaths and angst over leadership roles.

Eat your heart out Michael Bay. How is the action in a stop-motion film using toys more decipherable than a multi-million dollar special effects bonanza?
4. Cameron Diaz and Jessica Alba will also be handing out awards at the ESPYS [EW]
Only at the ESPYS will you find Drake, Jessica Alba, Cameron Diaz and Jim Parsons under the same roof.
5. Facebook is under fire for an emotionally manipulative experiment [Huffington Post]
So, Facebook conducted a study where they selected a small sample size of users and then chose what they could see in their news feed for a short amount of time. Unsurprisingly, they found that those who were exposed to more positive news feeds were more likely to post something more positive while those who experienced more negative news feeds were more likely to post something negative as well. The problem is that Facebook didn’t tell anyone that they were a part of the study and it’s causing people to get all upset over Facebook’s privacy policies once again.
“It’s clear that people were upset by this study and we take responsibility for it,” Facebook spokesman Matt Steinfeld said in an email.
“The study was done with appropriate protections for people’s information and we are happy to answer any questions regulators may have.”
6. Eleven percent of those #nofilter instagram posts use filters [dailydot]
Turns out, some people just hope to get some attention by using the popular #nofilter while still employing filters to make their photos more flattering. The most frequent filters used under #nofilter are Amaro, Valencia, X-Pro II, Lo-Fi and Mayfair.
7. The BBC’s Sherlock will be back for a fourth season and it includes a special episode [Variety]
Fans of watching Benedict Cumberbatch act like a know-it-all asshole, rejoice! Sherlock will be getting a fourth season. It will include three episodes and one special. The filming for the special will begin at the start of 2015 and the filming for the regular season shows will start shortly thereafter. That means we can expect new Sherlock episodes at the start of 2016, although no dates are set in stone.
“Co-creator, writer and executive producer Mark Gatiss added, ‘Series four! At last! It’s always special to return to ‘Sherlock’ but this time it’s even more special as we’re doing… a special! Not only that, we’ll then be shooting three more episodes which will take Sherlock and John Watson into deeper and darker water than ever before. The whole ‘Sherlock’ team are terrifically excited to return for four new adventures. The game is on — again!'”
