Former United States President Bill Clinton is an avid golfer, but according to golf superstar John Daly, he isn’t a very honest golfer, and he isn’t very good, either.
During a recent interview with conservative political commentator Tucker Carlson, John Daly revealed that Bill Clinton cheated at golf and was “horrible” at the game.
“Did [Bill] Clinton cheat at golf?” Carlson asked Daly. “Is that true?”
“Oh yeah,” Daly responded emphatically. “Bill, he would take the club back and say ‘Oh [shoot], give me another ball.’ Before he even hit the first one, he’d throw another one down. But he never kept score.”

Daly said that he “had to” play with Clinton one time, and he was pretty blunt about the former president’s golf skills.
“He needs to take up tennis,” Daly said. “He’s horrible.”
Carlson pointed out that even though Clinton wasn’t good at golf, he loved to play. And Daly didn’t see anything wrong with that.
“Yeah, and that’s okay,” Daly said. “Hey, there’s a lot of people that never get it and are never good at it, but they love it. Keep playing. If it’s something you love to do, and go out and do it, it’s a great game.”
Daly also pointed out that as the President of the United States, there are more important things to be focused on than improving their golf game.
“These guys, they don’t have the time to really work on their game and do the things they want to,” Daly said. “A lot of them are running the country.”
