Woman Mails Puppy, Probably Not Going to Get it Back

So a woman from Minneapolis mails her puppy in the mail. The Minneapolis police are investigating this on charges of animal cruelty. The Postal Service says the dog almost certainly would have died if the sealed package wasn’t seen moving on its own. I really can’t say much more about this one.
