Moore started in 31 games last year for the Rays, and struck out 175 batters. He also went 11-11 with a 3.81 ERA and a 1.34 WHIP. Moore is currently listed as the Rays number 3 starter, but it won’t take long for him to challenge David Price for the best pitcher in the clubhouse. Moore has all the tools necessary to be a dominant pitcher for many years to come.
