Brian Urlacher retired this past week after 13 incredible seasons in the NFL. More incredibly is that Urlacher spent those 13 years with one team, the Chicago Bears. A fan favorite, and icon in the Chicago area, Urlacher made friends everywhere he went in the windy city. Well, Chicago and the Bears franchise finally got to say their thank you this Friday in the form of a full page ad in the Chicago Tribune. Classy move, Chicago.
The message reads, “Few Play For a Storied Franchise, Even Fewer Write Their Own Chapter. Thanks, Brian.’
