Taylor Swift was atop the charts again, however she broke a record for the lowest albums sold at the #1 spot, at 53k. What a sad week for the RECORD industry.
Other notable placements are; Nicki Minaj (#2), Bruno Mars (#3), Walt Disney’s Tron Legacy soundtrack with Daft Punk (#4) and Rihanna (#5).
Mumford & Sons continue their ascent as the leading rockers on the chart, moving #8, followed by Kanye West (#7), Eminem (#8), Broken Bow’s Jason Aldean (#9) and the week’s biggest gainer, The Black Keys, who soar #27-10, +43%, following their Saturday Night Live appearance last weekend.
