Rate the level of poor taste of this Aaron Hernandez t-shirt

I saw this hanging in the window of a t-shirt shop in a Massachusetts beach town.  On a scale of one (funny) to ten (horribly poor taste), I have it in the neighborhood of a 12.   Leave your thoughts in the comments section below.
