President Obama visited Nike headquarters last week in order to trumpet a new proposed trade initiative and he was greeted by a couple of gifts by those at the Swoosh.
In addition to getting the first ever Jordan MTM shoe, the President was also gifted a pair of Jordan 4Lab11’s (which uses the Air Jordan 4 as the shoe’s base model and coats it in the Air Jordan 11’s signature patent leather) and a custom box which really takes the whole package to a whole other level.
The Jordan MTM hasn’t been unveiled yet but if the craftsmanship of those is anything close to this presidential box of Jordans, Obama was certainly treated like Nike royalty.
