Funk Master Flex, ESPN NFL 2K5
Flex played a prominent role in 2K sport’s last officially licensed football game before Madden’s exclusive rights deal with the NFL. Not only was Funk Flex available as a free agent fullback, but gamers were able to take on Flex and his team, the The Buartville Funkmasters, in Celebrity mode, in which users took on trash-talking avatars of celebrities. Other stars featured in the game mode were Jamie Kennedy, Steve-O, David Arquette and Carmen Electra.
