Iggy Azalea and Nick Young appear to be getting fairly serious as reports are surfacing that the couple have bought this Tarzana, California house together for the tidy sum of $3.45 million.
The six bedroom, eight bathroom house was apparently previously owned by Selena Gomez and the digs come complete with a spa, a wrap-around balcony, a pool and, of course, a basketball court. There is also a guest house.
While congratulations are in order for Swaggy P and Iggy, Selena should probably be considered the real winner here. After buying the house for $2.15 million in 2011 (at the age of freakin’ 19), Selena is turning the place for an extra $1.3 million. Not bad for a three year investment.
