Mike Myers has done quite well for himself over his career. The actor who made “Yeah, baby” into one of the most insufferable catchphrases of the late 20th Century is unsurprisingly still racking in ridiculous sums of money – $82 million in the past year alone according to Variety.
Myers is looking to add another $16,950,000 to his bank account by selling his SoHo-area penthouse. For nearly $17 million, one gets a 4,204 square-foot, 3 bedroom, 4 bathroom condo that comes equipped with a gas fireplace, a den/media lounge, a balcony, and courtyard. The master bedroom is appropriately grand with walls of window that span the whole width of the building, a fireplace, a walk-in closet and a “marble-lined bathroom with double vanity, separate tub and shower and top-grade fixtures.”
