Apparently lottery fraud does still exist. During a recent Serbian lottery ball drawing, there was a clear instance of fraud in which the TV station accidentally tipped their hand in botching the cover-up.
Watch as the first three numbers are drawn and revealed to the audience correctly, with TV graphics showing each number after the ball is shown. But then the fourth ball, 27, comes down the tube and all hell breaks loose. The gorgeous host has no clue what to do as she realizes that the lottery is clearly fixed:
