After a long wait, many people who preordered the Tesla Cybertruck have been receiving their orders after the past several months. And it seems like there is quite a bit of disappointment regarding the quality of the product.
As one Facebook post in a group called “Cybertruck Owners Only Group” points out, there is no frame on much of the vehicle – just plastic covered by the iconic steel shell.
“Tesla Cybertruck: Made in the USA, $100,000. The most American made vehicle ever. The panel just fell off and there is no frame, it’s just plastic covered by that steel pannel,” the Facebook post read.
A person sharing the post on X – the social media platform owned by Tesla CEO Elon Musk, ironically enough – had some harsh words for Musk.
I really don’t understand how there’s anyone left who doesn’t realize Elon’s a conman pic.twitter.com/BAd4OMAWaI

“I really don’t understand how there’s anyone left who doesn’t realize Elon’s a conman,” the person said in a post on X, the social media website that was formerly known as Twitter.
It’s obviously some pretty terrible news for Msu that he is being exposed like this, and it led to a lot of reactions on social media as people absolutely blasted Musk.
It’s all so funny now because I remember at peak Elon hype hearing tech bros defend his genius by citing things like hearing him talk about cars panel tension or some shit on some random podcast lol https://t.co/8pEa3zVz7F

It’s certainly not a good look for Musk or Tesla.
