Janet Johnson of Longview, Texas delivered a 16 pound baby boy this week. Reports say that he may be the biggest baby ever born in the state of Texas. The world record for a baby is 23 pounds and 12 ounces. Janet was diagnosed with gestational diabetes during her pregnancy which could be the reason for her son’s size. The good news though is that the baby is healthy and doing just fine.
A sub plot here is that Janet Johnson named her son JaMichael: JaMichael Brown. So, not to get too far ahead of our selves but…when Mack Brown gets wind that there was a 16 pound baby born in Texas named JaMichael; he will have some coaching staff at the house before the baby gets home from the hospital.
