The Indiana Pacers are the first NBA team to sell a piece of their on-court advertising space, according Anthony Schoettle of the Indianapolis Business Journal. The Indiana Economic Development Corporation will have their slogan “A State that Works” emblazoned in front of the home and visiting benches at Bankers Life Fieldhouse.

According to Schoettle’s sources, the IEDC will “pay a low-seven-figure sum over two years.”
However, the NBA reserves the right to remove the advertising during national games broadcast on TNT or ESPN. (Indiana will have four nationally broadcast games at home this season.)
I’m just glad they didn’t go with the 3D signage.
