Former NBA All-Star Mitch Richmond is selling his Los Angeles area mansion for a cool $9.4 million, but it’s not just any LA mansion. Richmond’s near 13,000-square-foot home sits on 2.3 acres of land and is a six-bedroom, nine-bathroom estate that includes a sports bar, theater room, game room, wine cellar, beauty salon, meditation room, gym, sauna, pool, water slide, basketball court and homework room for your children.
