I grew up a massive Cubs fan, but there were two players on the White Sox who I couldn’t root against. The first was Robin Ventura and the second was The Big Hurt. There was something about Frank who reminded me of a slightly chubbier Bo Jackson which always kept me in his corner. Frank has just decided to put his 5,700-square-foot home in Libertyville on the market for a cool $1.95 million.
From Chicago Mag:
As photos with the listing show, the 15-room house is filled with tasteful colors, beamed ceilings—and the number 35, which Thomas wore for the Sox. The house has a gym, an in-home theater, a wine-tasting room and a sauna in the basement.
Outside on the three-quarter-acre lot, Dunn says, is a “huge hot tub big enough for 10 or 12 people, a fire pit and a built-in trampoline.”
