Brady Ackerman grabbed Will Muschamp for an interview at halftime of Saturday’s South Carolina/Florida matchup in the Swamp and commented on how the Gators had done a great job with turnovers and special teams. Muschamp provides one of the best responses we’ve seen in a halftime interview:
“Well we just gotta continue to capitalize on what we’re doing, and OVERCOME THE ADVERSITY ON THE FIELD!!!”
The Gators were up 21-6 at half and ended up throttling Steve Spurrier’s Gamecocks 41-11. The win and halftime interview solidified Florida’s #2 ranking in the BCS standings and “Coach Boom’s” passion for the game of football.
