Cody Ross might be the hottest hitter in the game right now. In the bottom of the ninth inning, with the White Sox up 1-0, Ross stepped up to the plate and crushed a ball over the green monster, giving the Red Sox a 3-1 victory.
This is the second night in a row he has hit a three-run homer against the White Sox. Last night, he hit two, three-run homers in back-to-back innings helping the Red Sox earn a 10-1 victory.
