Tom Brady is in the midst of his first season as a broadcaster with Fox, and it sounds like he is planning to move forward in the role next season and beyond.
Tom Brady’s agent, Don Yee, confirmed in a recent interview with Ben Fischer of the Sports Business Journal that Brady will move on with his commitment to Fox next season.
“Tom has had a tremendous amount of fun working with Fox this year, and he’s really excited about the future with Fox and his growth on their team. And this year was the first year of a long relationship,” Yee told Fischer in Sports Business Journal.
Brady has a 10-year contract with Fox, meaning he has nine years remaining on his contract with the network. Clearly, Brady intends to return to Fox next year, but Fischer questioned Yee about Brady’s more long-term plans, as well.
“Does that mean he intends to fulfill the term of his contract?” Fischer asked directly.
“Yes,” Yee replied.
It’s been an up-and-down season for Brady in his first season as a broadcaster for Fox, facing some criticism with some even going as far as to predict that Brady will not return to Fox next season.
Brady, however, does appear set to move on with Fox for the foreseeable future.
