Tonight the Minnesota Timberwolves travel to Miami to play the Heat. Boring right? In normal circumstances, yes this would be extremely boring. However thanks to Anthony Tolliver, things will hopefully be different. Anthony who, you may ask? Great question… I had no clue until this morning myself.
Here is some background. You possibly remember a certain douche-bag move in July where Lebron James announced he was selling out and heading to Miami to play with Dwayne Wade and Chris Bosh. Well, in early August, Tolliver (bless his little heart) did a video spoof of “The Decision” in announcing he was taking his talents to Minneapolis. Check out “The Decision; Part Duex” below.
May god have mercy on Anthony Tolliver tonight…
Poor little guy did his best to backtrack. “It was just me having fun, making fun of the decision,” Tolliver said after the Wolves practice on Monday. “When I did it, I had no intention to have him react.” “If he’s seen the video then he would know that it had nothing to do with him personally, it was about the situation,” said Tolliver, who signed a two-year, $4.5 million deal in Minnesota after having a breakout season with the Warriors last year.
We will update this post tomorrow with the results from the Miami Massacre.
