The Pittsburgh Steelers have been one of the best stories in the NFL this season.
Picked by many pundits to finish last in the AFC North, Pittsburgh is 7-2 and pacing the division heading into the weekend. Mike Williams, who the Steelers added at the trade deadline via the New York Jets, caught the game-winning touchdown pass against the Commanders on Sunday. Now, the Steelers are adding another receiving threat, per one prominent league insider.
“The Steelers are signing former All-Pro WR and returner Jamal Agnew to their practice squad, a potentially intriguing option now that he’s healthy,” reported Ian Rapoport on Tuesday.

Fans reacted to the major signing on social media.
“Take good care of him, Pittsburgh. Man’s an electric return man,” one Jacksonville Jaguars fan said on Twitter.
“Agnew’s experience as an All-Pro returner could really boost our special teams. His health is a plus, and he can provide depth at receiver too,” one fan added.
“Could be the Steal of the year by the Steelers,” one fan added.
“Steelers just got serious very serious,” one fan added.
“Feels like Calvin Austin might be out for a bit,” one fan added, referencing an injury suffered by another Steelers receiver on Sunday.
It’s clear that the Steelers are all-in on making it to the Super Bowl this year. It’ll be interesting to see if they can get it done.
