Throughout his career, Russell Wilson has been one of the most dominant quarterbacks in the NFL and a perennial MVP contender. However, that seems to have changed in recent years as the now-veteran quarterback has put up the worst numbers of his entire career in the past two seasons with the Denver Broncos. But despite the recent struggles and his age, it doesn’t sound like he has any plans to retire anytime soon.
During a recent interview with Brandon Marshall for his I Am Athlete podcast, Russell Wilson made it clear that he is not planning to step away from the NFL anytime in the near future. In fact, Wilson still has aspirations of winning multiple Super Bowl rings before he ultimately retires.
Wilson, who is now 35 years old, told Marshall that his goal is to win two Super Bowl championships in the next five years.

“I hope it’s in Denver,” Wilson said, according to Romi Bean of CBS Sports Colorado. “I love the city and everything else, but you also want to be in a place that wants you too.”
So whether it’s in Denver or elsewhere, it sounds like Wilson is planning to play at least five more seasons in the NFL.
