Missouri softball pitchers can’t seem to catch a break.
Paige Lowary was struck in the face by a long drive while pitching for the No. 12-ranked Tigers against No. 7 Oregon. The scary moment came less than a year after her teammate, Tori Finucane, had the same thing happen to her in a game against UCLA.

Lowary toughed it out and somehow managed to stay in the game despite the gruesome aftermath of the incident. She even had a sense of humor about the whole thing.
