When you’re a six-time Olympic gold medalist and perceived as the fastest man alive, you deserve the right to celebrate. Usain Bolt, however, apparently takes his celebrations to another level.
One unnamed neighbor, according to the Daily Mail, referred to Bolt as the “neighbor from hell.” Another one of his neighbors, Jodi Stewart-Henriques (the model wife of rapper Sean Paul), complained on Facebook about the Jamaican sprinter’s partying antics and says police turn the other cheek because Bolt is a national hero.
“Between the bikes, loud, horrid music, parties and screams, I honestly wish he would go back to where he came from,” she wrote. “He’s a horrible neighbor. He takes his nasty behavior with him everywhere. He’s the ultimate party clown.”
This all should come as no surprise. When you’re the most celebrated man in your country, parties (noisy ones) are typically a result. It should be noted, however, that some neighbors said the noisiness Stewart-Henriques complained about wasn’t Bolt’s fault as he’s been away from home for over a month.
