Stephen Curry continues to hit three-pointers routinely, but the result of one 3 during Tuesday night’s Western Conference Finals matchup wasn’t very routine at all.
The Golden State Warriors’ star point-guard was fined $5,000 for flopping in Game 1 against the Houston Rockets. It’s the first time in Curry’s career that he has been fined by the league for a flop.

It seemed like just another casual, ridiculous shot by the MVP, but apparently the NBA felt the need to step in. Regardless, Curry probably wouldn’t mind paying $5,000 fines each game if it means more playoff wins and 34-point performances.
The Warriors took Game 1 with a thrilling 110-106 victory.
