The NBA’s European headquarters may only house a small number of employees but its work space could easily be the envy of any NBA fan.
The office is 10,000 square feet which is occupied by a mere 59 employees. And while the space does come with all your work essentials like “meeting rooms” and “chairs,” it also houses some amazing NBA-related gear and perks.
Meeting rooms are named after a few of the game’s greatest legends and festooned in each particular player’s team colors. The four players whose names were used for meeting rooms are Magic Johnson, Larry Bird, Michael Jordan and Shaquille O’Neal.
Jerseys are used as office decorations but even that isn’t done carelessly. Each jersey is of the sizing that the player would have worn during his playing career. There’s also assorted signed memorabilia and other NBA-related mementos littered throughout the place. Lastly, the London headquarters features a “large recreation space” that includes a 10 foot by 6 foot screen dedicated to NBA 2K15.
The Daily Street was able to tour the place and they got some excellent pictures of the headquarters.
It’s pretty sweet. Hopefully, the NBA will be able to bring a game to Europe that is worthy of these headquarters. This season’s game between the Knicks and the Bucks wasn’t the NBA’s best product showcase.
Check out some pictures of the office of our dreams below.
