Chip Kelly and the Philadelphia Eagles are definitely busy making headlines this offseason.
Following the shocking trade that sent LeSean McCoy to the Buffalo Bills for Kiko Alonso, the organization dealt Nick Foles to the St. Louis Rams for Sam Bradford, the latter of which also included a few draft picks with numerous caveats.
The reactions have been mostly harsh and critical, with some questioning his ability to make personnel decisions in the NFL. While those two moves have massive, many people are wondering if the Eagles still have a major target on the horizon: Marcus Mariota. Mariota played one season under Chip Kelly in 2012 before Kelly left for Philly. Kelly has not hidden his admiration for the QB and has stated publicly that he believes Mariota is the best QB in the 2015 NFL Draft. When asked about the potential of trading up for him, Kelly appeared both amused and rather annoyed with the constant chatter:
