The Detroit Lions made a major move on Tuesday when they were able to trade a fourth and a fifth-round draft pick to the Baltimore Ravens for defensive tackle Haloti Ngata.
Via Adam Schefter, the Lions sent the Ravens a fourth and a fifth round pick for Haloti Ngata and one seventh round pick.

Ngata was in the final year of his contract and he had previously refused to take a pay cut for the remaining $8.5 million of his salary, so it’s not much of a surprise that he was dealt.
In Ngata, the Lions are getting a five-time Pro Bowler and a five-time All-Pro. Any NFC North opponent who breathed a sigh of relief when Ndamukong Suh left town can’t be too happy with this most recent trade.
