Anthony Lawrence Jr., a 6’7 forward who has committed to play at the University of Miami next year, managed to dunk over 7’6 defender during a recent high school game in Florida this week, causing pandemonium in the gymnasium. The victimized defender – Orlando Liberty Christian Prep’s Tacko Fall, who has committed to UCF – also happened to be Lawrence’s travel team teammate, which I can only assume made the accomplishment even sweeter for the dunker.
While that’s the highlight that most people will be talking about, I’d like to spend some time to reflect on this hilarious matchup during the game..
