In order to promote their upcoming concert tour, On The Road Again, One Direction has decided to market directly to their target audience: fans of NFL football. Because when one thinks of the NFL, one thinks of One Direction.
As ingenious as this strategy may have been, it may have not been the best idea to release all of these promotions at once. It makes the quintet look like they’re (gasp) merely pandering to fans of the teams they’ll be visiting for their upcoming tour.
