For those who haven’t experienced it, it’s impossible to imagine the type of pain an individual goes through when they lose a loved one.
Monty Williams was forced to deal with this pain last week when his wife, Ingrid, died in a car accident after a woman crossed the center line and hit her head-on. At the funeral, Williams gave a truly incredible speech in which he found it in his heart to forgive the other woman and family involved in the situation.
“That family didn’t wake up wanting to hurt my wife. Life is hard, it is very hard, and that was tough. But we hold no ill-will toward the Donaldson family.”
