There are a lot of goats from baseball’s unofficial Steroid Era but there’s arguably only one golden boy: Jose Canseco. The highly criticized, admitted steroid user and outspoken former slugger is widely considered to be the face of performance-enhancing drug use in Major League Baseball. Although others have admitted to using PEDs, lied about using them and made fools out of themselves, Canseco remains the dominating figure for juicing.
He has repeatedly outed rumored PED users and burned hundreds of bridges with former players, managers, MLB officials and fans, all while exhibiting pretty odd behavior. Canseco’s latest PED exploits come in the form of an apologetic video from the folks at Slow Clap, who convinced him to make light of his accusations in an adequately amusing video:
