Tony Romo went with the bold strategy of throwing the ball with his eyes closed during a third quarter play in Green Bay on Sunday. Romo felt the pressure from Packers lineman Julius Peppers and decided to just let ‘er rip and hope for the best. It ended up working out for the Cowboys, as a defensive pass interference penalty was called on the play.
I’m thinking Romo might want to keep his eyes open for the remainder of his throwing attempts, though.
