After six seasons, four teams, and many opportunities at redemption, Michael Beasley is calling it quits in the NBA and heading to China. The former #2 overall pick had latched onto the Memphis Grizzlies for training camp, but according to Yahoo’s Adrian Wojnarowski, Beasley has left camp and signed with the Shanghai Sharks of the Chinese Basketball Association.

At this point, Sharks owner Yao Ming might as well rename the team the Headcase All-Stars, as former NBA guard Delonte West signed a one-year deal with the team just last month.
