As you’ve probably noticed in all your social media feeds lately, the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge is all the rage right now. The concept is to dump a bucket of ice water over your head, donate some money to ALS, then nominate at least three of your friends to do the same to help increase awareness and donations for the deadly disease.

While some people have taken the traditional route of just dumping a bucket over their head, others have decided to use a little bit more creativity in their challenges. NHL free agent Paul Bissonnette definitely falls under the latter category after accepting the challenge from former Arizona Coyotes teammate Keith Yandle.

The fourth-liner affectionately known as BizNasty donned a speedo while taking a bucket of glacier water dumped from a helicopter before nominating LeBron James, Aaron Rodgers and Russell Wilson. Talk about going all out for the cause…pretty epic.
