Kirk Cousins was warming up on the Redskins sidelines following the injury and came in the game on the next Redskins possession. The injury is a reminder of the perils of being a run first QB in the NFL. It appeared that RG3’s chin took the worst of the hit. The Redskins announced that RG III was ‘shaken up.’ His return is currently questionable.
