The Pittsburgh Steelers have come out publicly this week and voiced their opinions on the $25,000 fine given to Richard Seymour after he slapped Steelers quarterback, Ben Roethlisberger to the ground.
Ultimately, The Steelers think that if Seymour had done the same thing to Peyton Manning or Tom Brady, he would have received a tougher penalty. Cosby Sweater’s response? Duh. Roethlisberger isn’t Manning or Brady, you morons.
Steelers wide receiver, Antwaan Randle El said to the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette:
It would have been a little more, Or if one of our guys did it, there would have been more.
Hines Ward agreed and said that he thinks Seymour would have been suspended for doing the same thing to Manning or Brady. Big Ben agreed.
