It’s beautiful. The homerism. The passive-aggressive old school smilie emoticon. The fact that it’s not about Deflategate.
As a reference, the photo is of the catch-that-was-ruled-not-a-catch came in the fourth quarter of last season’s NFC divisional round game between the Green Bay Packers and the Dallas Cowboys with less than five minutes to go in the fourth quarter. On fourth down, Tony Romo heaved a ball towards Dez Bryant who appeared to catch it inside Green Bay’s one yard line. The Packers challenged that Dez didn’t have control of the ball and won because Tony Romo is hilariously cursed when it comes to the game of football.
